Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have the original Marlo Kids tags attached before securely sealing them in their original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
